Congrats & Thanks
Here are the pictures from Hannah's Bat Mitzvah! Congratulations to Hannah and everyone involved in planning this very smooth & exciting evening. It was truly an honor to witness Hannah in her coming-of-age and see so many family members & friends come together to celebrate. I've known Hannah since she was around 6, and it's been a joy to watch her grow into such a glowing, beautiful young lady. It was great to see so many smiles and silliness and laughter and serious moments... I had alot of fun photographing you all. Thanks for being such great subjects. :)
In Honor of Hannah's Beautiful Smile
As part of a fundraising effort in conjunction with Professional Photographers of America, I'd like to donate 15% or more of sales to Operation Smile - this is an organization that runs a network of volunteers who work worldwide to repair childhood facial deformities, including cleft lips and cleft palates. $240 is enough to give one child a beautiful smile.
The Photos
This set has been lightly edited, meaning I cut a few pictures and similar photos, and did corrections for exposure and lighting, a little sharpening, and cropping, to compile a set that is perfect for a slideshow.
Any prints 5x7 and larger will receive further editing as needed, for example, if the skin tones are too red or need further lightening. The images as you see here are 'screen-ready', and suitable for smaller prints. Keep in mind that images look different on-screen then they do in print. When editing a photo for a larger print, other treatments such as further cropping, vignettes, and other enhancements are applied. If you look at the work on my main photo site as well as some of the portrait galleries here, you'll see work that is 'print-ready', meaning suitable for desk & large wall prints. As orders are placed, I'll post modified images.
